Quick Disconnect Couplings
General
Permits easy uncoupling of oil lubricating system components. Built-in check valve on coupling body (left side of schematic below) shuts off automatically when coupling is disconnected. To disconnect, slide knurled sleeve on body back and release. To reconnect, retract sleeve, insert plug (right side of schematics below) and release sleeve – it locks automatically. Connected coupling 360° swivel action prevents twisted hoses.
Male to Female (Part #B6571)
Body has male 1/8” NPT pipe thread suitable for mounting directly into junction or anchor block. Insert plug has female connection suitable for hose connection.
Female to Female (Part #B6576)
Body and insert plug connection female 1/8” NPT threads to adapt rigid or flexible tubing assemblies.
Male to Male (Part #B6574)
Body has male 1/8” NPT threads for anchor mounting and insert plug has male thread for direct mounting to fixture. Ideally suited to facilitate use of monitoring gauges, etc.
Female to Male (Part #B6609)
Body has female end connection to facilitate a wide variety of flexible tubing or hose assembly. Permits fast connections to modular lubrication distribution system. Insert plug connection is male thread for stationary fixturing.
