Maintenance
Check oil level daily and refill reservoir when required. Check the lubricator periodically for loose or broken tubing, fittings and connections.
Filter Replacement
A filter at the pump inlet protects the Lubri-Trak system. The filter disc should.be inspected every six months. If not clean, replace. To remove the filter, pry the filter housing cup loose in several places with a screwdriver. Replace new filter group, making sure coarse screen is next to pump body when installed. Replace and secure housing cup.
Service
Too little oil to carousel track: Check for broken actuator or misadjusted cam assembly, broken or cracked tubing or loose connections. Check suction filter and replace as necessary. Check applicator assembly (Data Sheet #21526). If lubricator is functioning normally, increase discharge output by turning control bypass valve clockwise. Maximum discharge is obtained at full stop position.
