perma PRO MP-6 is a multi-point lubrication system that can supply 2 - 6 lubrication points. The discharge period can be set from 1 day up to 24 months with a lubricant volume of 500cc. No pressure is lost due to the rotary distribution system of the MP-6. perma PRO can also be used as a single point lubrication system without the MP-6 distributor. The perma PRO also has the option of DKU blocks, these allow a single PRO to lubricate up to 12 separate points.

Applications

The battery operated perma PRO MP-6 is a multi-point lubrication system. It can lubricate up to 6 lubrication points on roller and sliding bearings of motors, generators, pumps, and fans, as well as on linear units, e.g. robot systems. Applications range from wind energy to steel industry, paper industry, mining / quarries and the automobile industry. perma PRO can also be used as a single point lubrication system in these applications.

perma PRO provides precise lubrication even under extreme conditions. The pressure build-up to 25 bar / 360 psi allows the use of longer grease lines (up to 15 feet). The lubricant is distributed directly and without any loss of pressure. The display offers information about each individual outlet. perma PRO guarantees exact lubricant doses even over longer periods (up to 24 months). It is very easy to operate, requires little mounting space, and is extemely user-friendly.

Example
lubrication period: every 2 weeks; lubrication amount: 10cc; number of lubrication points: 4; PRO volume: 500cc
Calculation of setting
500 x 14 ÷ 30 ÷ 10 ÷ 4 = 5.83 months (setting: 6 months)
