perma ECOSY is a compact multi-point oil lubrication system that features clear construction and multiple functionality. It can supply up to 6 lubrication points with oil. Each outlets discharge amount can be set individually and separately from the other outlets. Data about machine operating conditions is collected and transmitted to the lubrication system by a sensor or by the PLC. This insures lubrication as needed. perma ECOSY is basically maintenance-free; it only requires refills of the oil tank.

Applications
perma ECOSY is designed for use on drive and transport chains, sliding guides and open gears. The system is especially useful for lubrication of industrial chains. With its interval lubrication, perma ECOSY supplies all contact areas of chains with the ideal amount of lubricant. The result: clearly visible wear reduction and protection against corrosion and contamination.

perma ECOSY can easily be adjusted to meet the different requirements of various applications by programming it to discharge a certain amount in a certain time, or to discharge according to operating hours. The extensive range of accessories enables you to easily access every application point.
