Injecto-Flo Hand Operated (PDI) Pump

The HO-1 hand pump is a positive displacement, single stroke pump that delivers up to 13cc (.80 in.3) against a maximum system pressure of 30 bar (435 psi). As the handle is pulled back, a return spring is compressed and pump flow is delivered to the system mainline. As mainline pressure builds, the individual piston distributors dispense a measured volume of lubricant to the bearing points. When the handle return to the rest position, the pump piston moves back to the prime position. Simultaneously, mainline pressure is vented allowing the piston distributors to re-prime in preparation for the next lube cycle.
