Perma Futura

perma FUTURA is the ideal automatic lubrication system for areas that require hygiene or for harsh operating conditions which may lead to corrosion of metal lubrications or electronic systems. Its reliable operating principle is based on an electrochemical reaction. The lubrication period is determined by color coded activator screws. Depending on your applications requirement, you may choose to discharge 120cc in a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The activator screw generates pressure (max. 4 bar) which moves the piston forward and continuously injects small lubricant amounts into the lubrication point.

Applications

By tightening the activating screw the gas generator drops into the electrolyte fluid where it starts an electrochemical reaction that builds up pressure (up to 4 bar / 58 psi) and causes the piston to move forward. The lubricant is continuously injected into the lubrication point. The transparent casing permits easy monitoring of the amount of lubricant discharged. The lubrication period is determined by color activator screws (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
